With its former name being GWB Design and Build, the company has brought about this change in identity to reflect its deliverables in a more effective manner.  The customer can either choose from the available designs with Bakker homes or ask for a completely customised design for him/her.  If the customer decides to go ahead with the construction services of the company, the designing service is then provided at no additional cost. 
Understanding that the construction of one’s first custom house can be stressful and worrisome, the company keeps its customer fully abreast with all the activities and strategies that are being adopted.  This is done to make the process informative and mutual.  Renovation of houses is also a part of the offerings of the company.
