Marriage Celebrant

Leisa Griffin is a marriage celebrant, who has conducted weddings in traditional to modern styles. She is available to conduct ceremonies in Sydney and New South Wales.
She also conducts vow renewal, baby naming and commitment ceremonies. The marriage celebrant can blend spiritual symbolism, cultural customs and individual sensibilities, as per the choice of the individual in the ceremony.
There are two types of wedding packages available – the Basic Wedding (Elopement) package and the Complete Wedding Celebrant package. Leisa offers an initial consultation meeting free of cost, prior to the actual ceremony.  It helps her understand the requirements for the wedding. Also, individuals and couples get the chance to evaluate if she is the right choice as the marriage celebrant. Documentation managed by Leisa includes the Notice of Intended Marriage Form, which has to be signed by the couple in advance.
In consequent meetings, the celebrant handles the legal paperwork with the support of documents supplied by the couple. The celebrant guides the couple in writing vows and provides samples for special ceremonies, readings, sample services and poetry. A booklet titled, ‘Weddings by Celebrations’ is provided to the couple to assist in the planning of the wedding ceremony.
A rehearsal is held for the couple to get familiar with the brides entrance, ceremony, signing of the register and photographs. On the wedding day, the marriage celebrant welcomes guests prior to the ceremony and ensures smooth running of the ceremony, as planned. The celebrant registers the marriage with the Office of Births, Deaths and Marriages and provides the Certificate of Marriage to the couple.
